They don’t expect each and every rep to come out swinging and they give you quite a bit of time to learn. My first full year I sold $1.25 million which is on the high end, however $1M is very feasible for first year reps. I have a sales background but I didn’t have experience in this industry. The other 2 just take a little salesmanship. About 1 out of 3 appointments are lay down sales. We make the best quality ironwork and most people see the value. During the summer, it’s more like 2-3 appointments / day except for after home shows. During the busy season, you’re running 3-4 appointments a day. Very solid appointments are set for you 5 days a week. This is a great job for the right salesperson. I’m coming up on 2 years working with First Impression and I don’t plan on leaving.
